July, 2020 is fast coming to a close, so that means it’s time to share this month’s images for my personal project – Project 52.
For this personal project, I post one image a week to Instagram, and every month is a different theme. You can click on any of the links below to see all of the different and fun themes.
- January was “low light”
- February was “details”
- March was “black and white“
- April was “documentary“
- May was about “perspective“, and
- June was “full sun.”
The theme for July, 2020, was “movement.“
Movement was also last year’s theme for August, 2019. You can see the images I captured for that month HERE. Last year I had no problem capturing images for movement, but this year was a little bit of a struggle, and I had trouble finding inspiration. I mean, who wants to move around when it’s so hot out?!
But the best part is I actually did a self-portrait. Self-portraits are generally my least favorite thing to do, mainly because they are HARD. However, I am very pleased with how this one came out. Therefore, it’s my favorite for this month. 🙂
Be sure to scroll all the way down to see a fun one of me and my husband taken at our 30th wedding anniversary celebration recently. I tried to recreate an image captured last year of my daughter and her boyfriend.
I’d love to know which one is your favorite! Hope you enjoy taking a look, and thanks so much for stopping by. 🙂
