As a Connecticut senior photographer, I love when seniors travel in to capture the magic of the CT shoreline, and Summer’s session was one for the books. Visiting all the way from Texas, Summer wanted a session that felt coastal, golden, and uniquely Connecticut. She was smart, confident, and so photogenic. It was an absolute joy to photograph her.

The Perfect Coastal Vibe

Summer brought such a beautiful energy to her session. Whether she was walking barefoot along the beach or smiling in a field of wildflowers, she had a natural grace and presence that made every image shine. That soft golden light, combined with her calm confidence, made for the most dreamy gallery.

Styling Tips from a Connecticut Senior Photographer

Every look Summer wore was stunning and so well thought out. From the soft white beach dress to the floral tiered maxi, she captured the essence of summer on the CT shoreline (pun intended!). As a Connecticut senior photographer, I always appreciate when seniors bring a mix of soft textures, flowing skirts, and natural colors because it truly elevates the session.

Light, flowy fabrics in soft neutrals always photograph beautifully at the beach, especially during golden hour. Think: linen, cotton, or chiffon in ivory, tan, or blush. Summer nailed it.

A Little Bit of Magic

We wrapped up her session at the beach as the sun was setting, and the light could not have been more perfect. Watching her laugh barefoot in the sand felt like something out of a movie. Her session was the perfect blend of soft, coastal, and radiant, just like her.
