This past holiday season I was delighted to be the newborn photographer for this brand new family of three in Branford, CT. I met these wonderful new parents last fall when I photographed their maternity session on a gorgeous fall afternoon.
Their adorable brand new baby boy was almost 2 weeks old for his very first photo session. He was happy and alert and I swear he even smiled a little bit for the camera! It was very sweet and special to watch this beautiful mama and her doting husband as brand new parents. Families with new babies are often in their own little bubble. Being a Branford, CT newborn photographer means I have the privilege to step inside and observe this intimate time in the life of a family.
Lifestyle newborn sessions are just the best. Photographing lifestyle newborn sessions allows me to document families in their homes which makes these photos even more special. There is always a relaxed feeling to them because we are home. It’s easy to take breaks for feedings and diaper changes.
