I recently had the pleasure of being the photographer for this sweet family of three from Old Lyme, CT. I had photographed baby Mary for her newborn photos, and now she is almost 6 months old! You can see her newborn photos here. She is just so cute, oh that face!!
We met at the Essex Town Green, which is a beautiful New England town green. Besides a white gazebo, there are benches, flowers, blooming trees, and best of all, it leads down to the water where you can see the boats on the CT river. In general, Main Street in Essex is just a great time. There are so many cute shops and restaurants, and coffee shops. You can spend a whole afternoon here.
This mom had her baby dressed in the sweetest smocked dress, embroidered with bunnies, and a little white sweater. As a mom of two girls, I especially loved dressing my girls in smocked dresses.
We enjoyed exploring all around the green, but my favorite part was seeing how loving and nurturing these new parents were with their baby. It was my honor being the photographer for this loving family from Old Lyme, CT.
