Memorial Day weekend is my anniversary weekend. This year the real date of my anniversary – May 28th – falls on Monday.  Monday is the day of the week we got married 28 years ago.

I had a fairy-tale wedding. I really did! It was a beautiful day and my, how 28 years have flown by. We have done so much together, and accomplished so much too. Our best accomplishments are, of course, our two beautiful and successful daughters of whom we are so proud.

We celebrated by having a beautiful sunset dinner at Boom restaurant with some friends Friday night, then a romantic and even more beautiful sunset cruise Saturday night along the Connecticut river.

I am a very lucky girl to have this man love me like he does and to have been married to him for so long.
