I am so happy the weather has finally gotten nice again and spring is here. I have not been blogging but I did have a very busy winter! After starting my photography business last summer I had several photo sessions that continued into the fall. After the holidays, I completely immersed myself into becoming a better photographer by doing quite a bit of photography education over at Click Photo School. I spent a lot of time studying light, and getting better at editing (and falling in love) with Photoshop.

After I did all that, I spent the spring completing probably one of my most favorite workshops of all – one that focused on what made me love photography in the first place – landscapes. I spent a lot of time shooting all over Westbrook and Old Saybrook capturing our glorious sunsets and sunrises. I even played around with some night photography. The weather didn’t cooperate for me to capture the Milky Way. But I do have all summer to try it again.
