I was so excited when earlier this spring this beautiful mama reached out to me for a CT Shoreline maternity session. Despite it being cloudy with the threat of showers all day, the rain held off and the temps stayed beautifully warm.

We met at one of my favorite CT shoreline locations, Bauer Park in Madison CT. Bauer Park has everything I look for in a good photography session location. Pretty late day lighting, trees, paths, trails and blooms. The nice thing about Bauer Park is that it typically have something beautiful to offer during every season.

These two sisters were full of excited energy for our session and their impending big sisterhood. Bauer Park was the perfect, safe location for everyone to walk around, and to play and connect with each other. During a CT Shoreline maternity session, I always spend some time with the couple alone. I also am sure to get portraits of the expectant Mama, and as well as photograph the soon-to-be big siblings. The flow is similar to a traditional family session but with a little more focus on Mama and her pregnant belly!
