I recently had the honor of being the Westbrook CT newborn photographer for this brand new family of three! This sweet girl was just a couple of weeks old, which is a great time to capture newborn photos because they are still nice and sleepy. The ideal time to photograph newborns is around 5-15 days. But that is the beauty of a lifestyle newborn photography session. Since the focus is on the emotion and connection with the family, there is flexibility around this timeline.
Mom and dad were just enchanted with their new baby, and I loved my time with them. Families with new babies are often in their own little bubble, so being a Westbrook CT newborn photographer means I have the privilege to step inside and observe this intimate time in the life of a family. I had a wonderful time getting to know these happy parents, snuggling their new baby girl, and capturing the in-between moments as they tended to the needs of a newborn.
Mom decorated the nursery adorably and it photographed beautifully. Since it happened to be a beautiful fall day, we ventured outside for some happy images of this family of three on their front porch.
There were so many sweet photos from this newborn photography session that it was hard to narrow down which ones to share! I hope you enjoy taking a look at my time with this special new family of three. <3
