I was so excited to offer Christmas Tree Farm Mini-Sessions for the first time, and they were a huge hit! It was so fun being able to photograph families during such a magical season. I met these wonderful families on a beautiful December afternoon at a local tree farm in Guilford, CT. We didn’t have snow but the weather cooperated and it was a perfect day for photos. The trees made such a beautiful backdrop for these adorable families. It was cold, but the skies were bright and sunny, with such pretty light filtering through the trees. The best part was the fresh scent of pine permeating through the air!
I loved all the outfits selections these families wore for their Christmas Tree Farm Mini-Sessions. The deep winter colors they chose, with pops of colors, contrasted so nicely with the green in the trees to stand out beautifully and not clash.
Tree Farm Minis offer a great opportunity to update family photos for gifts and holiday cards, in a shorter time frame that kids can handle. It was such a fun afternoon, it’s something I hope to continue next year.
