Meet beautiful Emmy. I recently met up with this Class of 2021, Old Saybrook, CT high school senior for her beautiful and light-filled photography session. We started Emmy’s session in downtown Old Saybrook. Since Emmy plays the piano, she wanted some images with her playing the well-known piano outside Arthur Murray’s studio. This was such a perfect place to start, as it was so meaningful for her. As the sun started to get lower in the sky, it lit up Emmy’s beautiful face like a spotlight. Best of all, I was treated to the most beautiful piano playing as I photographed her!

We then moved over to the area near the Kate, the green, and finally my new favorite location for photos – Founders Memorial Park. The late afternoon weather was insanely gorgeous with beautiful, dreamy light, as the sun was starting to set.

This CT High School Senior was an absolute dream to photograph. She posed easily, and was up for anything. Her outfit selections ranged from formal to casual, with each one fitting her personality perfectly. Emmy was a beautiful girl, inside and out, and I felt as though I had met a kindred spirit.

We had such a fun session. All high school senior photography sessions should be fun, and reflect the senior’s unique personality. This is what I strive to capture for each of my seniors.
