Fall at Bauer Park in Madison, CT is an idyllic setting for family photos. There is a pond with a covered wooden bridge. Similarly, there is an old farmhouse and a great rustic barn. There is changing foliage everywhere. Finally, in the late afternoon, the light there can be quite magical coming through the trees and plants. It’s no surprise that photographers love it here!
It’s always a treat to photograph this fabulous family, and this early November afternoon at the park was no exception. Fall at Bauer Park never disappoints, and I was thrilled when this awesome mom suggested this beautiful backdrop as the location for their new family photos.
This fall family session at Bauer Park was extra special for me, because I have known Eva, the mom, for many years now, and view her like a daughter. I have watched as she dated, got married, and finally had her adorable little girl. Needless to say, I was thrilled to find out they are expecting another baby girl this spring!
Their sweet little girl was just about to turn two, and was full of personality. She had on a cute little red vest with matching bow, and the whole family looked super coordinated. I saw this family last year just as their little girl was about to turn one, and I was amazed at how big she had gotten in just one short year.
This location complimented this beautiful family perfectly, and I have so many favorites from our time together! Thanks so much for stopping by.
